For these juice recipes, simply push all ingredients through your juicer as per manufacturer’s instructions, stir and serve over ice or as desired.
5 Lemons, peeled
½ cup Honey
3 cups Water
3 oz Fresh Ginger (roughly ¾-1 inch knob)
Juice lemons and ginger. Stir in honey and water. Serve over or shake with ice and strain into your favorite glass.
1-2 Ripe Mangoes, pit removed
Juice all ingredients. Stir to make sure its well blended and enjoy. Alternatively, you can juice the apple and carrots then blend with mango chunks.

Sweet Green Beauty
This is one of my favorite green juice. It is so refreshing and hydrating, I just love it.
2 Apples, preferably sweet
4-6 Stalks of Celery (preferably with leaves)
1 large handful of Spinach
Juice, stir, pour over ice and enjoy.
Note: I know most people discard the leaves. However, I’ve heard that using the entire stalk of celery gives you the perfect balance of sodium and potassium. So, since we’re running it all through the juicer anyway, what’s the point of denying yourself the benefit of what others would send to the compost?
Big handful of Dandelion greens
2 apples (for taking shots)
The “Carrot Cake”

Sweet Citrus & Cilantro
